The major change in this release was to allow Open GENIE to be ported to HP hardware using the native FORTRAN compiler. Detailed changes as below.
1) Fixed overwite problem in colour mapping.
2) Fix place_kit for VMS/POSIX build.
3) Fix to Select() command, previously only selected unscaled windows successfully.
4) Corrected some installations for Tk/Tcl not being present.
5) Changes to allow compilation on HP hardware.
