Install with:

    dpkg --install genie-tcl_2.2.61-2_i386.deb

GENIE uses the tix, tcl, tk, gfortran and gsl libraries so you may first need
to install the following packages using e.g. aptitude or synaptic 

    libgfortran3
    libgsl0ldbl
    libjpeg62
    zlib1g
    tcl8.4
    tk8.4
    tix
