		Qualifier	NOMESSAGE

Translate a path containing logical names.

Parameters:

`[in]`	PATH	path to translate
`[in]`	WRITE	check for write access to file. Default is for read access.
`[in]`	VERBOSE	produce more output of path translation.

Returns:: translated path

This command translates paths of the form "SOME_NAME:file.dat". If SOME_NAME has been defined as a searchpath using the SEARCHPATH command then it is translated accordingly.
